Approval of Resolution to increase the existing Purchase Order to Port Consolidated by $24,999.00 from $145,695.90 to $170,694.90 for additional gasoline and diesel fuel purchases to meet emergency conditions during this hurricane season. Unfortunately the Purchase Order to Port Consolidated was inadvertently approved at a not to exceed amount of $145,695.90 for Fiscal Year 2012/2013 and should have been approved at the approved budgeted amount of $170,694.90. |

Description of Action |

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Resolution to Port Consolidated, under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same. |
